Knowing that flowers are a perishable, natural products and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something which you will enjoy. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control for improved floral performance, we welcome your comments and inquiries. Social Media and Reviews - When our designers create beautiful works of art, we love to share! We take photos of many of our arrangements to post on social media outlets that help promote our locally-owned business. Privacy is important to us! We will not share any sensative or personal information when posting on social media. Substitution Policy
Fresh Flowers: We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, in a single variety arrangement, if an order is for yellow gerbera daisies, our designers will substitute another color of gerbera daisy, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Please call us or specify in your order that you would prefer we stick with a certain color over variety of flower.
Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. Due to unpredictabililty of nature, not all plants we have pictured may be available at time of purchase or as shown. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids or anthuriums, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible and if we have any issues obtaining a certain plant or container, we will let you know!
Gift Baskets: Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery. Because some gift baskets include fresh fruit, we do not allow same day delivery, so that we can hand pick the freshest product available to fit your ordering needs. Wine may not be purchased as a single item or for gift baskets unless you, the purchaser, can provide our staff with a valid Photo ID verifying you are over the age of 21 (twenty one). If wine is being delivered, the recipient must also provide our staff with a valid Photo ID verifying they are over the age of 21. Wine purchases or deliveries cannot be made for customers ordering over the phone.
Substitutions for Special Occasions: Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us.
Delivery Policy
Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that holidays will affect delivery times, but we will always inform you if there is a delivery issue.
If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location and temperature, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor or on the porch. Our delivery driver will attempt to call or leave a message for the recipient to call our shp to arrange for redelivery.

Recipient Maybe Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery.
Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves, especially if no contact phone number is provided to us for the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Specialty Deliveries (i.e. Early or Late Delivery Requests): Requests for deliveries before 11:00am or after 4:30pm, Monday through Friday or a specified time on Saturday (this will vary for each individual order) will have an additional delivery fee of $10 added to the normal delivery charge. For instance, if your quoted delivery fee is $12.00, but you have requested it be delivered after 4:30pm, your delivery charge will be a total of $22.00 to include the specialty delivery charge.
